I’m happy to answer any questions!

I applied to animation majors at all schools. If a school had a specific 3D or computer animation major, I applied to that.

Schools I applied to / admission status:
SVA: Accepted with Silas H. Rhodes Scholarship.
SCAD: Accepted with Academic Scholarship and Achievement Honors Scholarship.
Ringling: Accepted with Dean’s Scholarship.
USC: Denied.
Chapman: Accepted with Hesperian Scholarship.
Pratt: Accepted with Presidential Merit Scholarship.
MassArt: Accepted with Merit Scholarship.

I’ve officially committed to Ringling!

Daughter Earth
Original character design inspired by the thought, “if Mother Earth was living today, what would she think of how we treat the environment?” Daughter Earth is the part-human, rebellious teenage daughter of Mother Earth. Despite her mother’s attempts at educating her on everyday actions that negatively affect the environment, Daughter Earth has many destructive habits. She drinks coffee daily, but production of coffee contributes to deforestation. She always drinks from a plastic cup and straw, contributing to waste. Her favorite clothing items are made from denim, however the production of a single denim product wastes thousands of gallons of water. She’s addicted to shopping, but always opts for plastic bags over reusable. Lastly, she smokes cigarettes, contributing to air pollution. While the moss and flowers growing on her skin and hair remind her of her roots (no pun intended), she chooses to ignore the right thing to do. Digitally painted in Adobe Photoshop.
