I’ve been an overthinker myself for the most part of my life. However eventually with the help of meditation I was able to beat overthinking both inside and outside.
I started off by thinking about the triggers of my overthinking and the core reason why they became my triggers.
I was able to come up with tricks that helped me to make simple conversations and other day-to-day tasks easily without falling into loops and hoops of thoughts.
